The truth is out there
Today I rediscovered the show “teen angel” from way back in the 90s. It was about a guy who dies from eating a rotten hamburger and then is sent back to earth to be his best friends guardian angel. It was a cheesy little sitcom ( like most in the 90s). But it snuck some clever jokes in from time to time.
Of course it’d be gender, rather than birth sex. There’s no scientific reasoning. Not to say that all males would struggle with magic either. It just seemed to be that more women were magic sensitive than men. No matter what gender someone identifies as though, I don’t think that would interfere with their studies into Magic.
Also unspoken is the fact that some artists can channel great power while inside of Kazooland. Along with mimes and of course magic sensitives. I think we loosely categorized art as it’s own seperate “power” alongside magic and technology.. Art is sort of surreal energy created from the human (or human-ish) mind. Magic is more tweaking the remnants of archaic energy lines and fallen gods, spirits, etc. And of course technology is just practical practical practical. Of course if you’re an inventor, scientist, whathaveyou in Kazooland…the strange materials you may use in your tinkerings can blur the line between dreams, magic, and reality.
I want to live in kazooland!!
